GALENA, ALASKA

To the southwest of Galena, AK is the Innoko National Wildlife Refuge, which is accessed through the village of McGrath. The refuge is home to over 130 species of birds, as well as caribou, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, river otters, red foxes and more.
