REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: If we receive notice of your cancellation 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival the deposit or payment will be refunded. For cancellations closer than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. Early departure from the reserved period is considered a cancellation, and neither the deposit nor the balance will be refunded.
