Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made directly by calling and speaking to an innkeeper or by e-mail with a confirmed response. A full refund is available prior to 60 days arrival. You will still be charged a $25.00 administrative fee per each room reservation. If you cancel 60 days or less before your arrival date, we will make every effort to re-book the room in your absence. If we are able to re-book the room, we will only charge you a $25 administrative fee per each room reservation. If we are unable to rebook the room, you will be charged in full for your reservation
