2. A List of all your current regular members in good standing
3. A List of all your Association Officers with contact numbers
4. A copy of your approved Standards and Ethics

Bed and Breakfast Association of Alaska Code of Conduct· The BBAA was established to maintain and encourage high standards of safety, quality assurance and service.· To broaden public awareness, understanding and appreciation of the Bed and Breakfast industry in Alaska.· To cooperate with other groups who advance the interests of the B&B industry.All BBAA members pledge themselves to conduct their business activities in accordance with the following principles of the BBAA Code of Conduct.1. Accuracy. BBAA members shall be factual and accurate when providing information about their services. They shall not use deceptive practices but act at all times with integrity and in all transactions, avoiding the use of confusing and misleading terms, descriptions and claims.2. Compliance. BBAA members shall maintain the bed and breakfast establishment in a clean and safe operating condition as per the BBAA inspection guidelines and membership requirements.3. Cooperation. BBAA members shall cooperate with any inquiry conducted by the BBAA board to resolve any disputes involving guests and/or other members.4. Professionalism. BBAA members shall act with professionalism to enhance the prestige of the industry and this organization. BBAA members shall not engage in improper, illegal, or unethical business practices or procedures.5. Responsibility. BBAA members shall provide hospitality to guests, educate fellow members and the general public about the bed and breakfast industry and strive to increase their own level of competence.
